This page explains what happens to the information you type into the quote form on this website. It is short, because the site does not do much.

What this website collects
Only what you type into the quote request form. That form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and a message. Nothing on this site collects anything about you in the background.
You can also call us at (503) 263-8557 or stop by the store at 659 SW 1st Ave. Nothing is collected online when you do that.
Why we collect it
So we can answer you. We use your name, phone number and email address to get back to you about your request. We use the service and message fields to work out what you need and what it costs. That is the only reason we ask.
How your quote request reaches us
The quote form is handled by FormSubmit, a third-party form service. When you press send, FormSubmit takes what you typed and forwards it by email to sales@fisherssupply.com. Your submission passes through FormSubmit's systems on the way, so their own terms and privacy policy cover that step. You can read them at formsubmit.co.
Once the email arrives, it sits in our inbox like any other message from a customer.
Keeping spam out of the form
The form has one hidden field that people never see, and it will not send if it is filled out faster than a person could type. Bots fill in the hidden field, or submit instantly, so those submissions get thrown away. Neither check tracks you and neither one stores anything about you.
What this website does not do
- This site sets no cookies.
- There is no analytics and there are no tracking pixels. We do not count or profile visitors.
- There is no advertising on this site, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.
- There are no accounts and no logins.
- There are no payments and no online ordering.
- There is no newsletter and no mailing list signup.
- There are no third-party scripts, embeds or maps. The fonts are stored on this site, not pulled in from somewhere else.
We do not sell your information and we do not trade it. We pass it on only if we need to in order to answer your question, or if the law requires it.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Your quote request is an email in the sales@fisherssupply.com inbox. We keep it as long as it is useful for the job you asked about, and we delete it when you ask us to.
The company that hosts this website may keep ordinary server logs. Logs like that usually include an IP address and a record of which pages were requested. Those logs belong to the host, not to us. We do not know how long the host keeps them, we do not read them, and we do not use them for anything.
Asking us to delete your information
Call (503) 263-8557 or email info@fisherssupply.com and ask us to delete your quote request. Tell us the name and the phone number or email address you used, so we can find it. We will delete it. You do not have to give a reason.
You can also ask what we have on file, or ask us to fix something that is wrong.
Children
This site is for people buying pumps, water treatment, irrigation, plumbing and electrical supplies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a child sent us something through the form, call or email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the form works, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
